Community Trade mark application for 1675 EUR

Amsterdam, Herengracht, 6-4-09.

From May 1, 2009 the European Trademark Office will officially modify its procedure and fee-structure with respect to Community Trade mark applications. De Merkplaats will reduce its fees for the application of a Community Trade mark accordingly.

From now on, Community Trade mark applications cost 1675 EUR for 10 years of wordmark protection in the European Union (27 countries).

Eventually , this might be a beneficial opportunity to extend your trade mark protection to the European Union or possibly to finally protect your valuable trademark or logo in all of the 27 countries of the European Union.
