Copyright stems from creating a copyrighted work including websites, photographs, drawings, computer programmes, TV programmes, novels, slogans, scripts, letters, paintings, maps, industrial designs, icons in a software package, etc.

Someone else should be able to perceive the work with his or her senses. Apart from creating it, nothing else needs to be done to it to produce a copyright. Registration is not necessary to possess copyright. However, it is recommended so that you receive proof at the point of creation. During plagiarism procedures, this proof can be the decisive evidence - it comes down to who got there first.
