Last week author Marcel Haenen presented the biography of Max Moszkowicz. The book describes the life of the 92-year-old Max Moszkowicz and how he survived four concentration camps. After the war, he married and got four sons. Together with his 4 sons, Max founded one of the most famous law firms in the 1960s in the Netherlands; Moszkowicz®. In a very early stage, they understood the importance of registering their name as a trademark to overcome infringement and possible reputation damage. Their trademark has been exclusively protected by de Merkplaats®. As creative IP lawyers we protect and manage Intellectual Property rights. In court, Moszkowicz® defended hardcore guys like Willem Holleeder and Cor van Hout.
